Bulk Email and Shared Inbox for UK businesses

Send personalised email at any scale, see exactly what was submitted, delivered, bounced, opened and clicked, and handle incoming email as a team from a shared inbox. everymessage runs email alongside SMS, WhatsApp and RCS, so every channel works together from one UK-hosted platform.

What is business email messaging?

Business email messaging is the sending of personalised emails from a platform, rather than from a single mailbox, together with the tools to manage the replies. It covers bulk sends such as newsletters, statements and service notices, automated emails triggered by your systems, and shared inboxes where a team works through customer emails.

everymessage has been helping UK organisations communicate with their customers since 2003. Our email service runs on enterprise-grade delivery infrastructure, with UK hosting and ISO 27001 certification.

Built for volume

One everymessage customer sends around 2 million personalised emails over four days. Whether you send a hundred emails or millions, the platform paces delivery, handles bounces and unsubscribes, and reports on every message.

Email features

Bulk and personalised sending

Merge customer data into every email and send to individuals, groups or very large lists from the portal, by file upload or through the API.

Detailed reporting and tracking

Detailed reports on submission, delivery and bounces for every email, plus open and click tracking, so you know what reached customers and what they did next.

Bounce and unsubscribe handling

Hard bounces, complaints and unsubscribes are suppressed automatically, which protects your sender reputation and keeps you compliant.

Strong deliverability

Every sending domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, which we help you set up, so inbox providers trust your emails and they land in the inbox, not the spam folder.

Shared email inbox

Incoming emails are queued and routed to the right agents, who reply using templates, so your team works through the inbox faster.

Part of multichannel journeys

Use email as one step in a journey with SMS, WhatsApp and RCS, for example a statement by email followed by a reminder by text.

Manage incoming email as a team

Customer emails often pile up in shared mailboxes, with no one sure who’s answering what. everymessage turns those mailboxes into a managed queue:

  1. Queue

Incoming emails are collected into a single queue instead of individual mailboxes.

  2. Route

Each email is routed to the right agent or team, so nothing is missed or answered twice.

  3. Reply

Agents respond quickly using reply templates, and every conversation is recorded.

Business email FAQs

What is bulk email?

Bulk email means sending the same or personalised emails to many recipients at once, such as newsletters, statements or service notices. A bulk email platform paces delivery, manages bounces and unsubscribes, and reports on what was delivered, opened and clicked.

How many emails can I send with everymessage?

The platform is built for high volumes. One everymessage customer sends around 2 million personalised emails over four days. We’ll help you plan the pacing and domain setup for your volumes.

What email reporting do I get?

everymessage produces detailed reporting on submission, delivery and bounces for every email, together with open and click tracking. Open rates are a guide rather than an exact figure, because some email apps, such as Apple Mail, load images automatically and can record opens the reader didn’t make. Clicks are a more reliable measure of engagement.

How do you make sure emails reach the inbox?

Every sending domain must be authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC before sending, and we help you set them up. These records let inbox providers verify that your emails really come from you. Bounces, spam complaints and unsubscribes are also suppressed automatically to protect your sender reputation.

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

They are DNS records that prove an email genuinely comes from your domain. SPF lists the servers allowed to send email for your domain. DKIM adds a digital signature to each email so it can’t be altered in transit. DMARC tells inbox providers what to do with emails that fail those checks, and sends you reports. Gmail and Yahoo require all three from bulk senders, so they are essential for reliable delivery.

Can my team manage incoming customer email?

Yes. everymessage provides a shared inbox where incoming emails are queued, routed to the right agent and answered using reply templates, with every conversation recorded.

Can I combine email with SMS and WhatsApp?

Yes. Email runs on the same platform as SMS, WhatsApp and RCS, so you can use it as one step in a multichannel journey, for example a statement by email followed by an SMS reminder.

Is email marketing legal in the UK?

Yes, with the right consent. Under PECR, you generally need consent before sending marketing emails to individuals, with a “soft opt-in” exception for existing customers who bought similar products and were given a chance to opt out. Every marketing email must include an easy way to unsubscribe. Service emails, such as statements or account notices, are treated differently.
