When there is an outage, customers want to know three things: what has happened, whether it affects them, and when it will be fixed. A fast, accurate message cuts the flood of calls to your contact centre and keeps vulnerable customers safe.
Tell every affected customer, fast, and know they got it
everymessage sends urgent alerts, such as water, power or network interruptions, to large numbers of customers at once by SMS, AI voice call, RCS and email. SMS sending can burst to 1 million messages per hour, AI voice assistants can call hundreds of people at the same time, and you can see the delivery status of every message.
How it works
- Choose who to contact. Upload a list, select an area from your systems, or trigger alerts automatically through the API.
- Send immediately. Messages go out at high speed on the channels you choose, with your organisation's name as the sender.
- Track delivery. Delivery receipts show which customers have received the alert, so you can follow up with those who haven't, for example with a voice call.
- Handle replies. Customers can reply by text, for instance to report a problem or ask for help, and replies reach your team or your systems.
- Send updates and the all-clear to the same customers as the situation changes.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can we reach all our customers?
SMS sending can burst to 1 million messages per hour, so even very large alerts go out in minutes. Delivery to each phone then depends on the customer’s network and whether their phone is on.
How do we know who has received the alert?
Every message returns a delivery receipt, so you can see who received it, who didn’t, and follow up with those customers on another channel.
Can we call customers who don't have a mobile?
Yes. AI voice assistants can call landlines and mobiles, deliver the alert in a natural voice and record each person’s response.
Can we send service alerts by WhatsApp?
We recommend avoiding WhatsApp for mass alerts. It works well for one-to-one notifications to customers who have opted in, such as a delivery or visit reminder, but every business message needs a Meta-approved template and opt-in, and Meta limits how many customers a business number can message each day. For urgent alerts to large numbers of people, use SMS, AI voice calls, RCS and email.
